Sixth release of 2014.

I composed & recorded 4/5 of this album while in Iceland, taking inspiration from the vast and infinite landscapes. while staying in the lovely small town of Seyðisfjörður, I happened across a sound sculpture placed halfway up a mountain. 5 large concrete domes. this magical acoustic amplification system was something i've never experienced before and thus became the perfect sonic playground. the first 3 tracks were built upon the recordings of feedback and voice in that installation. track 4 is takes inspiration from icelandic folk music and consists of layered and manipulated recordings done around reykjavik (including some recorded in a church a la Tim Hecker). the final track was written and recorded in my home.
